We have a 30-day return policy on all approved returns. Please read our policy below to fully understand our policy as it pertains to you.
Return Eligilibity
All items eligible for returns must be in the same condition as received. If item is new, the item must be returned sealed and in it's original packaging. Please contact Customer Service to receive authorization for your return. Reach us at:

All returns are subject to the buyer paying return shipping fees and a 10% re-stock fee unless otherwise stated.
Pre-Order Cancelations / Refunds
We reserve the right to charge a 10% cancelation fee on any canceled pre-orders.
Damaged and / or Defective items
If an item is damaged in transit, please contact us within 30 days or receiving your order. Any damaged item can be exchanged for replacement. If the item is out of stock, a refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that minor manufacturer cosmetic paint issues do not qualify as a defective product.
Exceptions
If a return is due to an error on our part, or a damaged / defective product, we will cover return shipping fees as long as we are contacted first and provide the shipping label. If you choose to return the item independently, you are responsible for shipping fees and will not be reimbursed. We are not responsible for any lost items or damage that occurred during the self-return process.
Refunds
Refunds on returns are issued upon us receiving and processing the return. We will notify you when we submit your refund. Please note that each financial institution has different delays on access of funds. Credit Cards typically display within 3-5 business days. Paypal varies based upon original payment source, but states in can take up to 30 days.
